I can never take Talha seriously as a romantic hero . He looks like someone who should be playing the hero or heroine’s younger brother smiley36

Do these people not watch their own show before airing it??? How do they not see the problems??

Mein and Ishq Murshid are hardly good comparators because the genre, plot, cktr dynamics and even the issues they had are so different.

IM was a fun frothy feel good watch until the first half. Its issues are lack of coherence, too much dragging in second half, and underdeveloped secondary cktrs. The story has stopped making sense now but viewers still seem to enjoy specific stand-alone scenes and moments about Bhalle and FB's antics, FB/Shamir and Shibra romantic moments. The wedding scene is viral it seems.

Mein had the exact opposite issues than IM. Not enough moments with leads but too many detailed Ayra and bhabhi scenes. It was frustrating to watch and not fun. We watched to see how Badar resolves the 200 gattas he had opened but there were hardly any stand alone scenes or moments to savour and enjoy. Dragging, coherence were not the issue with Mein but poor performances, lack of pov for one lead, and bad direction certainly was. Jitne close up shots FR gives of his ML, Badar gave us chopped heads, back and ass shots, blurred shots, wide shots and side profiles of the ML so you cannot even tell how the cktr is feeling.

The hard period for him was getting to where he is now.

Yes it was an actual process from him. From small roles to 2nd lead to main hero. While nepokids play the main lead from their first show.

lol I guess I have some JBG bias. I would say he can’t play an intense serious lover type romantic hero but a goofy, cute innocent wala maybe 👍🏼 He was also pretty decent with Ramsha in JSA.

So since he had clicked with Maya and Ramsha I was like why not Iqra too. But didn’t end up happening lol
