i never had a strong tolerance for spicy food but now I stopped spicy food almost completely unless i have no other choice smiley37

I was the same...like no spicy tolerance but the last 2-3 years its changed...now I need pepper sauce with most of my meals. So, I was born and lived like 9 years in Suriname which is in South America. I went back home like after 22 yrs...I had this pepper sauce there everyday...it was fire hottttttt like 9/10. Now, I cant find the exact match...and for my food to go down i need some spicy level. its just weird how I picked up on that.
