is anyone eligible to be a critic anyway? In the PTV industry? The only person who actually seems sort of legit is maliha but she makes me fall asleep 😂 I’ll take entertainers over so called critics any day.

Kya Drama Hai is an entertainment show which airs on tv. Masala tou hoga duh. I like that they don’t take themselves seriously and there’s a variety in the panel and they invite new people too. Far more refreshing a watch than predictable SH and boring Fuschia.

If you consider that none of these are actually critics in the real sense then entertainment ke liye it’s a better watch. And it has audience input as well so it’s not just one person or two blabbering on. There’s some balance at least 👍🏼

Being a critic does not require a degree or something but the person should atleast watch the scenes properly he/she is reviewing. They should dissect the scenes well, pay attention to the expressions & dialogues of the actors they are criticizing or praising. These people are like those viewers who can't differentiate between an actor and a character. Character achha lage tou actor ki acting ko praise karte hain. That's not what critics are supposed to do. Acting is beyond characterization.

When they can't even comprehend some basic acting skills of actors well, direction aur writing ki baat rehne hi dete hain.

That's what he said. They should not be taken seriously. Entertainment is one thing & taking them seriously as critics is another thing.

Khair it’s fine if he doesn’t take them seriously. It’s just an entertainment show. And for me overall that show makes a conscious effort to approach some sense of credibility at least so I appreciate the efforts. Its not stagnant in its format
