I was in happy in one thing. Janak didn’t fall for Ani’s concerns or the flirts he does sometime with her. She was very clear from day one that he is Arshi’s fiancée and her would be brother in law even though they did get married fake or real. While it's true being a RuNak fan Im not happy with the episode as it in a way spoils all progress and brings us back to where we started from.

I wont be making any assumptions like Anirudha and Jhanak just behaved using their mind (Ani Saying Infront Of Arshi And Others That He Loves Arshi And Jhanak Being Rude towards Ani In Front Of Ani) not heart and accept things at face value.

But I haven't lost all my hopes as I believe it's completely normal for ITV male lead heroes in general and star plus ML heroes in particular to behave like this.

Infact what Anirudha did today was only 1% of what other 'Flawed' ML heroes have done. I have been watching ITV daily soaps since many years (early 2000s) hence saying this.

What I feel is that makers want to push lead's love story more mainly bcz IPL is going on and also showing loveless marriage between leads with 3rd angle/lead Vamp causing problems for them is new trend nowadays.

I also feel makers have to some extent taken inspiration from GHKKPM 2.

Now after 2nd proper marriage RuNak will gradually fall in love with each other, then consummate their marriage and after that leap/seperation will happen with real or supposed miscarriage of FL heroine.

Then makers can either take route of RuNak's Reunion or bring a new ML hero (So Called Acha Aadmi) for Jhanak but till then I don't see any competition for Anirudha being Jhanak's partner bcz he and most importantly bose/mukherjee family who are totally in the show only bcz Anirudha exists form extremely important part of storyline without whom show can't be taken forward atleast till first leap/seperation of leads. So it's almost confirmed that atleast 1st innings of Jhanak's life will be with Anirudha and RuNak will be having a full fledged/complete relationship though they may or may not have a child together as Jhanak's pregnancy with Anirudha may or may not give final results.

but I agree to what you said - that was what I said too, that compared to the BS star plus ML's have been made to, this is nothing!

And like I mentioned before, the makers want to stretch the love realisation and track as much as they can - because itv cannot do justice after that. They bring in senseless seperation, or worse, an Acha aadmi after the couple get together and are happy for a few months.

It's definitely RuNak but how they are going to execute it, rather how they are going about executing it is the disappointment for many of us!

They are repeating the old track with slight changes here and there. Now that Jhanak is missing from Basu Badi, hope they don't show Ani chasing Jhanak and Tejas and hope he doesn't meet with another accident.

If there is 1 thing I fear the most is that 'not so acha aadmi's' entry in Jhanak serial.

I being a hardcore RuNak fan I feel uncomfortable even with Rahul (happy his role is over- no offence to his admirers) infact I didn't even like that model guy whose role In the serial was for just few minutes.

Im like Anirudha in this regard- he too can't bear any other guy near Jhanak.

So I pray everyday that our show is safe from the virus called acha aadmi which is spreading like pandemic since last 1 yr.

Right from start I have been watching the show only for RuNak and the moment I even remotely feel makers may not reunite them after seperation I will quit, Infact I will quit even if I get to see a so called male friend of Jhanak after leap to supposedly support her bcz I can't invest my emotions in the show anymore as I would want to make sure that I don't get hurt in future even if chances are that it may not happen.

The way I see today's hug and totally useless drunk scene was this - the makers want to portray Ani is still at crossroads and questioning himself, and they chose the most dumbass way to show that! 🙄🙄

They probably don't want to focus on the love story with the ipl, which makes no absolute sense.

One more thing - nothing these 2 said were true - if Ani kept blabbing about loving Arshi, Jhanak said she hates Ani - neither of which I think is true! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Maybe the makers just wanted to show that being drunk, both are doing the opposite of what their heart wants - another utterly terrifically stupid idea!

Couldn't they stick to usual ITV cliches?! And Anirudh was sober when he admonished the ladies for getting Jhanak drunk, achanak Kaise chadd gayi usko?

Also, both Hiba and Krushal disappointed in doing the drunk acting during their scene together - it's very easy to go overboard, and while Hiba went overboard, Krushal underplayed it a tad bit too much!

I also didn't get Hiba's expressions at all when Ani was hugging Jhanak and talking about honeymoon and marriage!

I think Bipasha and Srishti has planned something to hurt Jhanak - again what a stupid idea! Srishti never learns, does she, all her brilliant ideas just brings out Ani's care for Jhanak more and more.

And itv hero's have done more toxic shit than what was shown today- so I am not giving up on RuNak yet - mainly because at this point he and Jhanak aren't anywhere close to being a couple and the love story has hardly started!

Having said that I still felt this was a totally unwarranted scene and didn't like it at all!

The only problem I have is - the makers just don't want to utilise goldmine moments between RuNak - if tomorrow Jhanak is really in danger and Ani does save her but we go back to I love Arshi, why do I care so much for Jhanak monologue from ani, and who gave you the rights to do so much for me type questions from Jhanak, then what's the point?!

Correctly described. It was totally useless scene. Agreed. They wanted to create something different and shock the audiences and hence we are shocked.It's something out of box level thinking.But in all this I did find Jhanak s reaction hilarious with all I hate u comments.Her falling was comical. I dont know what ani s was upto. Arshi s was quite protective of ani. Sometimes her caring side also surfaces.

Agree ITV heroes are always toxic. Nothing new. We can understand ani s confusion but cant understand the scene in relation with jhanak because it takes their story back to zero. There is another way of looking at it is he was drunk. Dont take seriously. May be still better then toxic ITV characters.
