Aging he has no control over but why does he have acne?

I struggled through cystic acne in my teens and was able to take accutane for 3 months which cured me for a lifetime except for few pimples here and there

He is wealthy has access to so many doctors why can’t they treat his acne

I'm not sure why he still has acne either, all the actors and actresses we see have really good skin, but ranbir still gets acne even though he has access to the best dermatologists and skin treatment

Dermatologists can only treat acne and not prevent it. Some adults are simply prone to acne. Some people who were clear as teens can suddenly get acne due to hormonal changes as adults.

When he first debuted in sawarya found him really good looking. But he is aging badly. If may be diet/lifestyle or something he has no control over such as genetics

Actually, I sympathize with public persons like actors/actresses who mostly are judged for their looks...to me, they are humans as much as random people (or my beloved ones) are...and prone to health problems and allergies.

Ranbir's hair problems or skin problems or bloated face problems would be nothing that would affect my reception of him as an actor...this are strictly private things...whatever he does to enhance the public appearance (or for that matter anyone of his male and female collegues), I won't like to judge.

If he ages 'badly' in private, technics still can make him attractive on screen where enacting a character is (or should be) the main goal (that's also a reason why I don't have problems with SRK getting younger through VFX as his acting is the main factor).

So, to me, Ranbir on screen is not the same as Ranbir off screen.

It was Ranbir she wanted...not his family name (imo) (I doubt that she really cares for anybody else in the Kapoor family beyond the fact to be Ranbir's wife) ... the name is a burdon...and I doubt that Alia is accepted the way she would like to be accepted.
