Also Mein’s OST is hands down one of the best. I know the IM one is popular but I could only bear it in the episodes until it got overplayed. Mein’s ost was used carefully and meaningfully AND you can listen to it whenever.

One really good ost tops multiple osts in a drama that are all kind of mediocre.

Yep. He’s good in it. Another egoistic and petty dad role but I enjoy his performance.

If you can get over the Feroze factor, Akhaara is a pretty decent watch. Especially the first half is great, first 5 episodes exceptional. Fast paced, character driven and a good plot. The villains are bang on. The same guy who played the villain in Jindo 👌 Plus it’s just a refreshing and new story and Anjum Shehzad has been doing well with those lately

I couldn't go past two episodes of Mein. May be Mein & IM just cater the different sets of audience as IM is still getting insane views & good numbers while as Mein lost the hype pretty quickly.

That was because there were absolutely no scenes between ayeza and wahaj in the first 7 episodes, plus wahaj hardly had 2 min ss in those episodes hence pople lost interest otherwise I'm sure it would have done better in terms of yt viewership but the trps were great tho..

Agree about the audiences part, im is fun romance based drama whereas mein was more about ego clashes..

The beginning of mein was actually my favorite . Once that love triangle /family drama started I tapped out

Mein was a bad show but MJ and Asif made it entertaining. They were villains that you would root for.

Maybe for people who just finished Mein, IM just can’t keep up 😂 We’ve been conditioned for too much happening and not having to wait around this much lol

But yes you’re right. Mein wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea where every character is dark. IM is light and cheerful which is something more people dig

I stuck around for Wahaj and Asif. The story I wanted for MJ, I sadly never even got 😢 and I don’t think I rooted for anyone lol. Maybe that’s why I loved the ending where everyone got what they deserved 😈😂

People might have switched on for them & then lost the interest when the writing wasn't that great.
