By the time I come here it got closed, my timings didn't match with your food truck timings it seems! :(

Anyway will go back and read your replies to my posts and take the food you provided by 12 AM. I hope this thread doesn't get closed by that time!

Thornprincess,Here you posted holy offer welcome between 8 PM to 12 AM IST

https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/post/164986155

But you ditched me thornprincess by closing the shop earlier than the mentioned timesmiley19, Thankfully I just finished eating idly in nearby hotel, otherwise I would have slept with hungry stomach and saliva in my mouth just like yesterday night!

I was about to post "where is your food truck, I am coming flying right away" etc., as a reply to your comment about holy offer, but you ditched me by closing the shop earlysmiley28

Sighhh!

By the time I came shop already closed!

It reminds me of the beautiful poem by Munawwar Rana 'hamesha der kar deta hu mai' 🥲

I see your shop is a huge success, and looks like people enjoyed here a lot.

As a late night guest I would like to have our fav Tea with Samosa and a lot of gupshup and catching up on each other 😁

Aww, I got the thread reopened so I can respond to both of you!

Sorry, I presumed noone was going to turn up after 10.30 pm so quit my game a little early.

Did not realise you folks would be kind enough to visit smiley44

Here's some Holi special puranpoli (vedmi - Gujarati or obattu - Kannada or bobbattlu - Telugu) from my house (real) along with the tea and samosas as compensation.

As for gupshup, tell me more about this poem that you are mentioning, and how are both of you?

@Mahi-eBismil, you've literally been offline everywhere! How's your Ramadan going bubba? smiley31

@Newbird Have not seen you on the Music Forum for sometime too, it was nice to hear some of your Telugu songs there. You can also sign up to host since you're so good at it, and we would truly love to have some new crowd there smiley20

That puranpoli/ubattu looks yummy, it makes me crave for it.

I have been well, yes a Lil busy, tell me where your active on IF so I can come there if I want to speak to you 😁

As for the poem yeh Rahi, it's highly relatable for me

'hamesha der kar deta hoon main har kaam karne mein

zaroori baat kahni ho koi wa'da nibhaana ho

use awaaz deni ho use waapas bulaana ho

hamesha der kar deta hoon main

madad karne ho us ki yaar ki dhaaras bandhaana ho

bahut deerina raston par kisi se milne jaana ho

hamesha der kar deta hoon main

badalte mausamon ki sair mein dil ko lagana ho

kisi ko yaad rakhna ho kisi ko bhool jaana ho

hamesha der kar deta hoon main

kisi ko maut se pehle kisi gham se bachaana ho

haqeeqat aur thi kuch us ko ja ke ye bataana ho

hamesha der kar deta hoon main har kaam karne mein

Did not taste that good though, I messed up and the puran ended up being a little too dry smiley14

Thanks SweetPrincess 🌸. Thanks for providing your handmade puran poli, it looks great! Other foods look yummy too! Your Puran poli reminded me of my mom as the last puran poli my mom made one I ate was on this March 14 th! I loove my mom made puran poli, yours look similar to that one!

I love real food pics than google ones as real ones look more authentic and relatable, so your compensation looks greater than your previous holi offersmiley31

About you asking to singup to host, which threads Are you meant here? smiley36

Oh glad to read that you think I am good at hosting, I never thought sosmiley36.I was a class leader in my school days upto 10 th class, I used to be strict class leader and used to slap the stick on the table shouting "silence-silence" especially upto 5 th class I used to do that slapping stick on table thing as other class students were making noise in the class in those years and it was my duty to keep the whole class silentsmiley36 but here in Indiaforum myself making a noise in all the threads, so not sure about how much i'm good at hosting in Indiaforum threadssmiley36,, first you should tell which threads you meant when you said sign up to hostsmiley36.
