Exactly.... this is not what bilingual means..

They are just dubbed version getting simultaneous releases...

Also another movie I can think of would be "Raavanan"...by Mani Ratnam...Tamil version Veera was played by Vikram & police inspector husband was played by Prithviraj...

Simultaneously a hindi version was being shot where Abhishek Bachchan was playing Veera and Vikram was the police inspector husband...
