As 3 Idiots isn't a favourite to me, my choice is about the other two...and well, I also vote for Lagaan...(it gave me the motivation to get interested into cricket )

The 3 Idiots generation will never know the magic of baby-faced Amir and Juhi in a Shakespearean romantic tragedy. There was something so earthy, authentic, and inherently desi about Juhi's beauty. The soundtrack has zero duds. Every song is pure magic. Plus, I have such fond memories of the soundtrack. Waking up on weekends to my mom doing chores to the QSQT soundtrack. Vacation with my family as well as listen to QSQT music while traveling. QSQT will be nostalgia of the highest order for me.

Lagaan is the best if you consider sheer cinematic excellence. But QSQT was a trend-setter for its time.

I haven’t even watched QSQT. Only heard the songs. And undoubtedly the soundtrack is the best.🤌

I am guilty of rofl-ing in that scene and found the play of words absolutely genius. I started finding it problematic only after coming to this forum.

That Chatur’s speech scene which Rancho changes into something else to give his friends a demo on how ratta maarna without understanding is dangerous. People over the time have started finding it problematic because (according to them) of the way ‘balatkaar/ rape’ is used in a flippant manner.
