Actually if imlie sympathises and is justifying binni’s reason, then what exactly is imlie protecting the family from? , binni and surya are doing things that mean no real harm to the family, toh what vaada is she nibhaoing and what is she protecting the family from? Why does she want to stop the marriage?

yes he will give some excuse to stop the wedding for sometime and will go in that room where Imlie and Monty body is there. Ghar mein khoon hua toh automatically wedding will stop

Exactly na. For Agastya - Imlie contract marriage Dadi insisted that she meet Imlie's family and Agastya himself went to ask them to come to Chaudhary mansion. But yahan Dadi has not even interacted with Binni ka family. Or maybe Binni is side actor so no one even bothered to write a decent character graph for the character.

Imlie has an issue that Binni is pinning the name of the father as Agastya. She also saw Binni rob money from the safe and knows she is greedy, warna she would not stay in the house after Agastya ka death. Previously Imlie told her till you dont trouble the family, she has no issues if she continues to live with them.

Surya has no real feelings for the family and is using his face to get to the truth, which will cause issues to Chutki. He will put her behind bars. Yesterday she said she does not want to stop the wedding, today she said she wants to. I dont know lol.

I think she is staying with the family to protect Shivani and Sonali from Raghu's murder. Imlie wants Binni to go away from the house herself and Surya here is threatening to take action against Shivani and Sonali in Raghu murder case. So Imlie is trying to protect the family from going to jail.

they will have to get Surya Imlie married in this track anyhow to progress in the story. Imlie can't forever be a maid in the house and neither will binni leave easily. So the easiest way to get Imlie the position of bahu in Chaudhary house is to get her married with Surya. Also new audience need a reason to ship Surya Imlie and what's better than a marriage.
