Why are the new generation fans of Kundali Bhagya so toxic?

The new fans are really mean and toxic. They had the never to call Preeta names in the YouTube comment sections. Also, they are saying that she should leave the show. Why are they trying to push her out when she was there from the very beginning and helped contribute to the show's success?! All of the negativity is really getting me down. I'm not sure how to deal with it and you guys seem positive on here :). I'm hoping for Shraddha to exit and do something better and more worthy of her. She has done many well-recognized roles before. She's always fandom's target. It hurts to see. Hoping for the best :). Thanks for listening.
