Exactly..

Aur mujhe toh is baat se bhi problem ki how these are taking advantage of abhira's naiveness fully knowing they are not that type of friends as abhira takes them...

And than act as if she is in wrong,aur khud bade sachai ke pujari hai..

She was talking true use kya pata ki ruhi ka pyaar nhi maara pati mara hai toh vo bahar pyaar kyun dhundane jayegi but in dono ko pata tha toh bhi kitna rudely bole usse..as if she is wrong...

If we get his monologue we can be sure about his feelings. But whatever he feels towards Ruhi is purely guilt. While he is falling really hard for Abhira. He was trembling with fear thinking about Abhira getting shot. He enjoys a comfort level with Abhira even though they claim 'deal wali shaadi'. He is visibly uncomfortable around Ruhi.
