Both movie plots are (heavily) inspired by successful Hollywood movies...

Hindi Ghajini is remade in Hindi by the same director who had made the Tamil movie.

But having to choose, I also prefer DHKMN.

Ghajini for me (not seen DHKMN yet)

DHKMN is a timeless classic.

Ghajini was good, but not great unlike dhkmn.
