Outstanding sizzling onscreen chemistry between the two.

Juhi never worked with Salman ever, except for a few seconds cameo in deewana mastana.

Aamir and Madhuri worked in another film "Deewana mujh saa nahi" which was released just after two weeks of Dil.

Aamir and Madhuri signed another big budget film RISHTA alongwith BIG B in 1994, but that film got shelved.

Aamir and Pooja bhatt were cast again in Ghulam but Pooja lost her interest in acting and quit Ghulam.

Aamir was the most secure one thats why he never depend himself on any jodi except of her debut film heroine Juhi, that's why didnt worked with urmila, Karishma, preity, kajol etc again.

He was so self assured and totally believe in his craft that he took the flop director of his 1995 release Baazi, and made a huge budgeted Lagaan with the same director and took it to the Oscars.

Aamir is a TRUE ARTIST and was never dependent on banners and jodis unlike most other superstars.

That's been on my list now because you've complimented it so much. And I do love It Happened One Night so I'd be interested in seeing this version which you said was just as good. Hearing all the praise from so many people means it must be a worthy movie.

I think it's a shame Juhi and Salman never worked together. She was so perfect with Aamir and SRK that it makes one wonder what her dynamic with Salman would have been like. She's so energetic that I feel she could have given Salman/Karishma a run for their money.

I didn't realize Aamir and Madhuri had another movie together. It doesn't seem that well known as there's barely even any info for it on its wiki page. That Rishta movie sounds interesting with Big B. Wonder if it's similar to Ek Rishtey that did come out with Big B in the 2000s.

Ghulam was never a favorite of mine. I always felt Rani's roles in Aamir's movies were flowerpot roles and I never felt they had chemistry either. She's got chemistry with pretty much all her co-stars except for Hrithik and Aamir.

I wouldn't call it him being secure. I would say a man is secure when he's willing to give the spotlight to his female co-star/leading lady and not even just do it once but do it over and over. We saw that with Salman in Tiger 3 where people said Katrina took the spotlight. SRK's movies almost always give the leading lady equal status to him and we've seen his latest trend of giving the heroine top billing. It may seem like a small, inconsequential thing but then you watch a 90s movie like Raja and see Sanjay Kapoor get top billing over Madhuri Dixit, you realize why this is important. In fact, when a SRK movie doesn't on rare occasions give a weighty status to the heroine, it feels very weird and not like his type of movie at all (Pathaan is the best example of this). Dunki was a return to form with many people saying it was more Taapsee's movie than SRK's.

Going back to Aamir, his movies past the 90s can never be said to be heroine centric or ones where the heroine has equal status to him or surpasses him. Fanaa like I said is a lone exception. I think Rangeela especially upset Aamir because it was the two-hit punch of DDLJ surpassing Rangeela and also Urmila becoming the poster child for Rangeela in a way that Aamir never did. I'm sorry to say but I've never seen him as a secure man when it comes to his leading ladies so the lack of repeated jodis isn't indicative of him feeling secure enough that he can do movies without an actress. SRK and Salman do not do movies with their fav heroines because they're afraid the films will bomb without an established actress. They reuse heroines out of loyalty, both to their heroines and to the audiences who want to see those established pairings again. Aamir has made it clear that he doesn't want audiences to see Aamir/Juhi movies or Aamir/Karishma movies, he wants them to see Aamir movies only. So a man who refuses to have his name linked with his leading lady only shows me that he is egotistical and deeply insecure of losing the spotlight. I don't think it's a coincidence either that in real life, he's shown that he believes in "trading up" by going for younger and younger women. Salman and Saif had pretty despicable behavior to their significant others in the 90s as well but they at least outgrew that behavior. Aamir did to wife #2 exactly what he did to wife #1 so he hasn't outgrown that phase at all.
