I have a feeling about Dev and Charu’s scene.
Since Dev talked only about his mother, there is a chance that Dev and Armaan are brothers or step-brothers with same biological mom.
May be Dev is taking badla of his mother (Armaan’s real mom) from Poddars because he does look too shady to be in the montage just for Charu.
