Has Ishaan forgotten why he married Savi?

Has Ishaan conveniently forgotten that he had a role to play in the death of majority of Savi's family which prompted him to marry Savi in the first place? If and when Harini wakes up from coma and see what Ishaan is doing to Savi, Harini will remind him about that and how exposing him to Savi and all will hurt him and his families prestige aswell.

That’s how he seems so. He has forgotten it and yesterday only remembered it to take a pity on himself of how helpless he was to marry Savi. Worse was how he was saying how lonely he is to Reva when he has his whole family on his side and Reva too, but he can’t see how lonely Savi must be with all her family members dead a with only one family member surviving but that too in coma while she’s stuck in his family and being abused, getting hated and blamed for things she didn’t do.
