Agree!!! Rohit ke aane se pehle ruhi must come out of her obsession & armaan ka jo bhi feelings hain should vanish, else Rohit ki zindagi barbaad, with or without memory loss & Rohit must realize they both have moved past their relationship tabhi woh chup rahega.
Or, he must come n khulasa & charo ko separate ho jana chahiye, then jo bhi story bane

First- the dance started so abruptly- they could have given a scene Abhira being happy n relieved about Charu n wanting to celebrate or something- it was out of no where.
Arman when entered had first time gave some hint of being attracted to Abhira BUT all was lost w how sternly he replied Abhira about he wont ever love her plus the conversation that followed w Ruhi.
Ruhi was her nagging self and had some good dialogues but Arman saying - ‘tumhe kya lagta hae dard sirf tumko hota hae? Aaj bhi jab tum roti ho to mujhpe kya bitati hae tumhe kya pata’ - that was too intense to ignore.
Basically he is clearly not over Ruhi and not at all into Abhira- kind of explains why he prioritize Ruhi all the time lately n run after her.
He is asking Ruhi off for Rohit is really good - but he has his emotions for Ruhi still, just not acting on it. Their relationship is over but He is NOT OVER HER.PS: Abhira better seal her heart n stay away.

Somehow I am feel ok ng today's dialogs of abhira....why can't she be loved...why can't anyone fall in love with her....may be just may be....due to some confusion this guy mana falls for abhira...thiking arman ruhi to be a couple...rather than abhira and arman...sorry I feel in comfy now with the ship name...because....its all about ruhi and armaan only as of now whether we like it or not. I have an apprehension...a big one...somebody surely falling for abhira....
Just a thought....coz abhira was as gain and again telling so and arman doesn't have belief that abhira too can fall in love with someone....
