Also why does "Yukti" address him as "sir" infront of the Mahajans? He's supposed to be her cousin right? And why isn't no one getting suspicious of her identity because of this?

Yes but she is impersonating as Yukti so Mahajans / Neil would be creeped out seeing ST between them (eventhough Neil knows that she's Yuvika)
