I don't think makers ko angad sahiba se koi matlab h makers sahan ki story ki aad mein seerat ki story audience ko dikha rahey h

I think it is roopam's fault. Makers have given high ss and full scope to her character. I mean she has more shades than sahiba's character. But roopam is not able to perform well.
Himanshu only got rona dhona but even when makers gave her slight change of mental character she out did herself with brilliant performance and got heaps of praise.
Seerat's character is way more versatile where she has to play bechari, vamp, Negative and many other expressions. But she only repeat few reactions and over. Even today, makers gave her a lot to perform but her performance was flat. Imagine what himanshu would have brought to the character if given a chance.
