Chachi helped abhira in healing and told her how ar is worried more for her.

I think Abhira will understand why he hid about Roohi...her way of thinking and reacting is totally different...

But now he will make her family. And abhira said ki armaan wo family hai Jo uske paas kbhi ni thi. That means apart from her mother. So she will hurt.

Armaan ruhi se ache se baat krta hai, to she thinks like ki ruhi ek achi friend hai, better than her. So ya I think she will be more hurt specially after this family proposal.
