Seeing this from a neutral lens, if Surya and Imlie marry considering Agastya is dead, why is that wrong? There have been good/ hit shows before where they show the widow marry the brother of her deceased husband and those love stories were hit. Here the only weird part (again not wrong) would be that Agastya and Surya look alike.

You have a point, the marriage blackmail may happen to save them from the murder case. But then, wouldn't Surya be more interested in bringing justice to his BIL than marry Imlie after knowing the truth. Sochne wali baat hai yeh.

Yes the creatives seem to be playing Eeny Meeny Miny Moe for whether they want to show Agastya or Surya. Yesterday all it felt as if it was Agastya who was irritating Imlie and today it is looking as if it is Surya who has his doubts on Shivani, Imlie and Sonali and is trying to make them confess. I feel Sonali is going to crack the mystery and will get to the truth that Surya is the second son of Kunal and Meera and that is the only way Surya will somehow drop the murder investigation of Raghu. He might convince his sister to move on from the guy and that is the only plausible way the murder of this guy will be brushed off the rug and Surya will also get the family to live with him as they are now family.

@bold:- I totally agree. The pathetic family will now swoon over and fawn over Surya as they got their Gattu back and Imlie is the only one who stands to lose in all of this. She lost the love of her life and she just does not know how she can protect the family from Surya given that Surya is now the son of Chaudhary's.

I am thinking - Will the family agree to Surya marrying Imlie ? Whether they agree or not they know that Imlie and Agastya loved each other and they blame Imlie for Agastya's death. I am wondering how will they agree to Imlie marrying Surya now again if Surya is indeed the son of Kunal.

I really hope it is Agastya only and Somehow Agastya and Surya have already met and they are out to find the truth as to why they look so much alike. Yes later Imlie should blast Agastya for putting her through all this misery. But maybe Agastya is doing all this to keep his family safe - I don't know from what threat.

Bold: Isn’t it crazy how this family has denied in every way possible that Imlie meant anything to their Gattu. But if they were to see her get married to Surya, then they would bring up Agastya as a way to put her down. They would call her unworthy of their Gattu’s love. Alka would give her famous taunt about a “girl like her” never only belonging to one man.

If this is Agastya, then it really sucks that Imlie had to go through all of that because of him. She had to grieve him whilst being shelterless, struggling to make ends meet and not even being recognized as his wife in society. Even if he had to heal from those gashes on his back and his head starts hurting heavily sometimes. It pales in comparison to her situation.

He gets to come back and ensure that his family has their son in some way and that they get to stay in their house. Meanwhile, Imlie has shed so many tears because of their bitter words. She’s currently living as a maid in what’s her own house in order to take care of his family. Because whenever she came as herself, they aggressively ousted her. On the other end, you have Binni who’s getting pampered and loved by his family because of his mistake.

As Surya, it doesn’t seem like he’ll torture the Chaudhary’s at all nor will Binni. If there’s one person who’s being hurt in all of this then it’s Imlie. She’ll be the one getting nightmares and taunts.

Either ways, I’m still enjoying the show, I just felt really bad for Imlie when I saw her tears fall to the ground.

But why will Surya want to marry Imlie ? What for ? If it comes out that Surya is the son of the house then will the family agree to Imlie marrying Surya. And also Surya would technically be her devar or jeth so that seems wrong on so many levels.

I have no idea what to except from this track so I am taking it as it goes.

Bold: Those love stories were a hit because there the ML had actually died. Here, I'm more than 90% sure, Agastya is alive. Even the title of the episode on hotstar is Will Agastya Survive with a question mark. That's why I'm concerned...it's going the wrong way.

Red: For him, justice will be to marry imlie & torment her all his life. That's how crooked he is & that's how itv works

See it's itv, so we can't expect much here although imlie has never been that disappointing. Still, if we think from Surya's POV, after he discovers the truth, don't u think it will be a very plain move if he goes out to arrest all 3 of them. Highly unlikely of him. Instead he will try to punish them his own way. Particularly imlie. Provided the amount of tashan they have, he will hate her the most. So what better idea than marry her for revenge?

Yakeen Nahi ho raha this is Imlie show which always use to run on jet speed, so the pacing in this week episodes is quite surprising but nevertheless it's good . Finally Der aaye durusht aaye.

Again repeating this Sonali is the most intelligent character of Imlie show. After Sai adrija and dadi Maa, Asma gets to play the most meaty role. Looks like Alka herself will spill the beans before Sonali about the baby she stole from hospital.

They used Agastya flashback scenes for Shivani and Surya. Jab show khud hi Agsatya ke around revolve karta hai ,how can he be dead.

Imlie nightmare about Chaudhary family dying was horrific. How much this girl will deal with.

So surya stopped the family from leaving the house on pretext of puja . But why would they stay after puja gets done. What will be surya next move to permanently keep the family in house

The audacity of Binni to say that Agsatya imlie marriage was fake and Imlie was greedy girl when in reality all these terms suits her. The society not recognising Agsatya imlie marriage is the primary reason why I think surya ( Agsatya) wants to marry Imlie, to give the respect the wife.

Imlie will try every method to safeguard the family from Surya

On a more positive note, Sai and Adrija’s chemistry is something else. They don’t even have to stand that close to eachother and I can already feel the tension between Surya and Imlie. It’s also so different from what we’re used to with Agastya and Imlie. Both equations are in good in their own way.

They’ve really nailed down the micro expressions so well, whether it be with the scenes in the kitchen, room or even amongst the family. It feels like straight up fire in their eyes, especially in that end scene where Imlie makes Surya back into a wall by holding a knife against his neck.

Even with her smaller frame, Adrija brings in such a strong intimidating energy just with her eyes. Whether it be the clothes or body language, why does Sai feel taller these days? I’m loving their height difference so much. I like how he’s always kind of leaning towards her or how his eyes always find her in the room.

Big kudos to the both of them, it’s really what keeps me hooked to the show at the moment.

Aside from the fact that is a beautiful shot, I really like their height difference. Maybe it’s because Imlie doesn’t wear heels anymore or because Surya wears boots, but whatever it is, I’m loving it!

Their chemistry is what caught my attention when the first promo aired. But, that hideous wig was a big turn off for me

The day I got to know the wig is no more, I was the first one to join the show

Till now, I don't think I have the courage to watch the episodes before his haircut.. I haven't yet. Hv just seen some clips of pre-haircut era, ussi mein meri haalat kharab ho gayi
