Most probably because it don't have enough masala to get trp.

Zee5 produced pak dramas all had that pak drama essence in them which sadly is not there in current pak dramas airing on channel.

i think zee zindagi wanted a barter. like geo/ary/hum/green give them a show in exchange for apkdd. like with green, zee5 bartered ejls for kp. but aamna seemed to suggest that it wasn't a no but that they didn't hear back from the channels.

a couple of things are possible. unprofessionalism and delays in returning calls/emails. apkdd was made for ott so it may not be as pemra compliant. bilal was still an A-lister even before IM so I don't know see his bankability then as an excuse.

Even when she had no monologues as such the character looked fishy. She has that look offscreen as well.

didn't she do a bollywood movie with Sri Devi and also wasn't her other movie directed by Shekhar Kapoor whose movie was actually nominated for an oscar..she doesn't need to use Wahaj for clout LOL
