Phone call will be mostly job offer . Tomorrow full episode they will waste in net drama. Today episode was boring with too much of Jayesh . I hate that guy could not bear him . I also found that odd of removing footwear out is there anything related to that in next episode. Loved Jahan jokingly giving advice to Harsha about part time job.

There should be something if they made Amruta keep her footwear out. probably someone will use it as proof for something? just keep it around Virat's terrace... she was there... she stole it... (idk.. making things up) expected Ishika to do something with it in this ep. I was fine with the Jayesh interaction though. only thing is nothing new... move on. and that was the whole ep... nothing new (except the footwear)... move on.

Even the likes of Ambani's, Mittal's, Birla's etc. of this country for their personal grudges CAN'T defame and ban some experienced banker, and block her in getting job offers be in financial or non-financial sectors. Pls some one grill into those frozen senses of KMTMG writers/cvs/makers, who seem to be living in some alien world, NOT India that too probably still wandering in 1980's timelines.

Again its commonsense, Ahuja's kind of ran away from Delhi to Mumbai recently to avoid gossips, so they might have a dented image in that city where Virat's threatening's fully won't work, simple. Also there may be Indian competitors of Ahuja group who might have seen Virat's slap clip going viral, they would be more than willing to offer within their offices some role to Amruta, given her job profile .

Silly of Virat in directly calling & messaging people from his own mobile to NOT offer jobs to Amruta. Any sensible strong person in real world in current digital times would call out such vengeful behavior by exposing Virat's vileness in social media & even in media, at some point of time with proofs, on how Virat was/is misusing his wealth and status for purposely intimidating, defaming, harassing a well qualified & experienced woman's career, just for his personal grudges.He is foolishly ruining his bloated big image further in market, with a vampish mothers instigation for sake of one small banker.

btw from what I read/heard from the circle of working class, Mumbai has many MNC's offices where some of these Indian corporate/business houses or high profile people FORCING to influence in hiring matters won't necessarily work out in current real world. These MNC's mostly go by need, merit, fitment of profile to role during hiring process. Also some quick online part or full time assignments might be available for people like Amruta with banking experience, even in IT sector.

Any rich, affluential, well known family like the Ahujas will have basic moral ethics and behavior. They might have pride/ego and few youngsters might have arrogance of money but mostly the middle aged and elderly members will behave well and respect their workers and other less fortunate people. I feel the Ahujas on the whole are a psych family. It starts with Bebe, she seems to be the reason for all the hereditary psychological problems, she seems so freaked out for her age and like mother like daughter, Babita far worse. Because of the good nature of Dildaar, there is some mellowness in Virat and Nimrit's characters. But Virat seems to have inherited more of Babita in him than Nimrit. Dildaar must be another psyche to have married into this psyche family.

During launch, the promo should have been, "Amruta an independent/strong minded educated girl who believes in the constitution of marriage/family values and Virat an egoistical/narcisstic male born into a psyche family not believing in the constitution of marriage because of a past divorce (reason unknown)" would have been more apt.

Not related to personal grudges or anything but there is an understanding b/w some companies (Reliance and its competitors in certain specific ventures) that they wont hire someone who worked in the other's firm. So, say if someone got a job in Reliance polymers (making up a name)... he/she is stuck there for life... cant go to the competitors. Dont know if they changed it later. (just that your post reminded me of this.)

Shengdana too tied I think her dupatta piece on his arm may be something happened both got hurt . She is unconscious and he got hurt on arm .
