I feel binni is just a puppet of some bigger player who is hidden enemy of Chaudhurys especially Agsatya. For some reason I still can't forget about the shocked face of Agastya in car just before his accident.

agree . It's rebooted version of Agastya imlie love story

Somewhat I feel that Gul wanted to try her angry male lead stereotype on Sai because he has looks ,personality and acting chops to carry it off. Agastya was too soft and understanding in gul male lead universe

I will again go back to my previous whacky theory.. What if, the real Surya was Binny's ex, and hence when she sees him now entering the Chaudhary mansion, she is happy, not realizing that actual Surya died, and its Auggy (pretending or some memory loss)..

And in flashback, she was marrying August initially cos she and Surya had separated, she realized August is his doppelganger and rich..

Logically, if she is indeed pregnant with real Surya's kid, even DNA test me high similarity will come (cuz twins! )

The only downfall I see to this theory is.. that they ain't giving much space to Binni-Tinni.. So if they are wanting to pack her off early.. then ye sab mera khayali pulao ho sakta hai.

yeh kuch jyada hi ekta Maiya ka mid 2000s type plot ho gaya.

I don't think so man.. below are my reasons:

1. Very anti-climatic killing of the ML, there was no rhyme or reason or need.. (unlike YRKKH 2nd gen, when they had exhausted all the possible plots and killed off FL & got a lookalike)

2. Imlie is a loved show with many things working in its favor.. The build up of the enemies/ frenemies to lovers, the musical background, Imlie changing Agastya's perception about poor people and bar girls 😉

If Surya becomes permanent, all that goes for a toss.. so much character development, for what..

3. Even Shivaay and Anika changed characters and fake died, but they were the end game.. Even when they exhausted plotlines, introduced rebirth, they were the end game.. Yes, Nakul was again introduced as their son, but who really wanted to watch that, without Anika..

4. Radha Rani and Satyavan Savitri stories come with their own reference.. where in both cases, the love story is bittersweet, but still becomes a classic folktale.. itni aasani se mitne wala pyaar nai hai Agastya Imlie ka..

5. The nishaan on Surya's back shown in today's episode, his smirk when Imlie left, his attraction towards Imlie ( don't know abt u guys, I felt it), definitely solidifies the theory that infact he is Auggy boi.

6. None of the interviews given by the cast seem genuine to me honestly..

7. Last and very important, almost the entire fandom is manifesting him to be Auggy.. Maybe they drag the revelation, but definitely itna fanservice toh banta hai..

8. Daadi crying at Agastya's lambe baal wale photo. Surya didn't see Agastya's chote baal.

9. Even if the body is not swapped by Surya's mom, it can be swapped by the police/ Surya's corrupt jeeja or the diamond smuggler for their own reason. Or the entire attire may just be a coincidence.

10. Surya shown two weeks back and Surya shown now are different personalities.

Nyonika and her father mother are doing other shows now. Unke characters ka full and final exit ho gaya Hai. So not possible

Even if Surya is Agastya, he will be shown majboor to please his new found mother and sister and also that will help the story move forward if they are going for that hate/revenge marriage type love story between Surya and Imlie.

But yes all this drama will happen in front of Chaudhurys who will be kept in show so that Surya eventually regains his memory and remember his real identity as Agastya

In every track there's a villain who create troubles for lead. Pre contract marriage and after some days of contract marriage it was Sonali and Amrit then revenge family took over.
