Not because of the bgm because jeth ji is concerned about bhabhi and didn't hug back Abhira atleast to pacify her when she was crying. That's why it didn't serve

Yes. It was underwhelming. Anyway Armaan had already done gudgobar so even if he hugged her back it would have still not made the impact!
