Shahid kapoor falls in love with a robot SIFRA ( Kriti Sanon ) Really !!! Not only that he also says some corny unsettling romantic stuff like "" I will be her best Admin "" whatever that means .... Give me a break 🙏

Dimple Kapadia and Dharmendra both veteran actors are literally wasted and haven't much role to play ...

But full marks to Kriti for acting her role very well ...Not only does she look stunning but also her acting prowess come to the fore ... It isnt easy to switch between being a perfect machine and a human giving expressions that befit both ...

Shahid looks as if he is continuing from being a Kabir singh .... Same craggy rough beard and endless chain smoking ... It isn't cool at all and I didn't find the character likeable one bit ...

Udaan was wonderful, I mean there were so many great serials on TV at that time, all of them fantastic, though I did not like some of them at all, Kachchi Dhoop was one such serial.

@surajhere. There a few old serials of doordarshan like Shanti , kille ka rahasya , LIFELINE , Subah which are not available/ uploaded either on YT or any platform... I wonder why ?! Even after so many years of social media ... Content / serials like Mahabharat Ramayan featured before the a/m serials have been uploaded but not these serials....

Last week मधे या अचानक भयानक थंडी/ गर्मी cliamate मुळे सर्दी, तापाने हैराण होऊन, नंतर जरा बरे वाटल्यावर, कोरडा खोकला सुरू झाला😢

Doctor ने ते ठेवणीतले गुलाबी/लाल रंगाचे औषद्ध दिले.

आणि अगदी अचानक बालपण आठवले.

आपल्या सगळ्यांचे बालपण मला वाटते, ते लाल/गुलाबी औषध पिऊन गेलंय😊

त्याचा तो typical वास, तिच ती औषध चा dose मार्क केलेली बाटली आणि औषध पिऊन झाल्यावर तोंड वाकडं करून त्यावर उतारा म्हणून काहीतरी गोड(mostly साखर) खाणे ,हा नित्यक्रम पार पाडला😊.

Post जरा बालिश आहे, पण काय करणार...

दिल तो बच्चा है जी...❤️❤️❤️

Those TV shows are lost, I assume.

I have some hopes for subah, it was directed by Bharat Rangachari, he might have a copy.

Shanti was made by Ronnie Screwwala and Vanshaj which I think is a new UTV show is a take on Shanti. UTV might have shanti buried somewhere in their warehouse.

Kille Ka Rahasya is lost I think.

Lifeline is also lost. Initially I thought it had 14 episodes, turns out it had 39 episodes, that is what Vijaya Mehta said in autobiography.

Unfortunately for me Kachchi Dhoop is available on youtube.

Quite a few Marathi shows have been lost.

Sorry state of preservation of Indian pop culture, it is a reflection of how we as Indian view our history.

काही आयुर्वेदिक डॉक्टर अजूनही लाल गुलाबी पातळ औषध देतात . परवाच माझ्या मित्राच्या घरी गेलो होतो, त्याच्या आईच्या हातात ती बाटली दिसली, रबराच झाकण होतं .

लहानपणी बी कॉम्प्लेक्सच्या पिवळ्या कलरच्या छोट्या छोट्या गोळ्या यायच्यात . त्यांची टेस्ट एक्दम मस्त असायची , आम्ही त्या अश्याच खाऊन टाकायचो , टेस्टी असायच्या म्हणून

I loved Udaan. It was much ahead of its times and well crafted. Those were the days when shows used to be written really well and DD was the only channel at that time..

RIP Kavita Chaudhary...
