Surya isn't blood related I think. There are a few things which are still left open to the audience. Surya didn't see Imlie's photo of Agastya with short hair. He saw Agastya with long hair. The senior inspector didn't want to see anyone for one month, now he is suddenly active. What happened in one month? Anything can happen.

Honestly think it will be really mean if it Agastya just pretending to be Surya, that's cruel to Imlie to fake it the whole time. Especially if he is interacting with her and watching her go through everything...

If it is Agastya who had memory loss then how can he find a fake family and get a job as a policeman so quickly but also he wouldn't be so comfortable with the sister and in the job so easily

Why will he find a fake family if he has memory loss? Introducing a family means it is confirmed that Surya exists or used to exist. And now Agastya is found by Surya's family.
