Because board of directors went on a vacay when Yuvika became CP , they must've not returned even after DJ took over and would've only returned after he took the company from debt

Even Bhumi sat in the internal comitee meeting atating that she's a mom it's a popular excuse for the Mahajans

Dhanraj is both ex-chairman & board member of Mahajan group. Not only him, none from earlier board that approved Dj as next chairman are present in recent merger meeting.

We need to assume its high level business meeting between two major groups Multani's & Mahajan's with their respective finance & legal teams to finalize, then signoff latest merger deal. (even in that case Gargi has no authority as 'mom' to attend a confidential merger discussion meeting of a business group.)

After merger Deal is agreed, it will go to board of directors for approval after that share holders approval & later to stock exchange etc. (able to assume this, after seeing recent sony-zee merger lengthy processes, approvals, rejections, legal hassles & finally termination. )

Dhanraj - the ex chairman and BOD member suddenly don't have any value. Shroff (ruhi's father) - one more BOD is MIA for a long time.

Multaani-Mahajan which is supposedly a big merger don't have any big hullaballo neither in office nor in media. Isse zyada shor to yuvika jab CP banni tab hua tha

Half of BOD members are missing ...all I see is yukti and her PA, DJ, his legal head koel and his mom....and some extra faces to give a feel of meeting.
