Now it's seeming very probable that he will indeed make a shift.
As for BJP, they always say no-one is permanent friend or enemy in politics. But I'm still not comfortable with this. BJP is doing good on its own why bring these shady people in?

Yup. Congress already destroyed hain. In logo ko bolo houseful hain ab. As is MP CM is going great guns. People like him. I love what he has done for MO tourism and how they maintain the resorts and parks.

If I were a voter in India, I'd either vote for an Ekam candidate if available, or NOTA if not. BJP is just this millennium's version of Congress, while Congress is this millennium's version of the muslim league

I respectfully disagree. NOTA will only help Congress and other anti national parties. As will voting for any other pro India pro Hindu party which is at a nascent stage at present. Until that party matures through winning seats in state elections, voting for it will only divide the nationalist votes and that would be detrimental for the country as it will help parties like Congress, SP and TMC who have consolidated votes of a section in different states. They don't vote for a party (even if it's supporting them like owaisi's party in WB) if they know it will only divide their votes and benefit BJP.
BJP may not be perfect but it's the best option we have right now.

To get the Domicile Certificate, one has to live in the state for 15 years (by which time, that same person could easily have purchased property in another state w/o such a requirement, & flourished). By contrast, it takes 11 years of residency in India to get Indian citizenship. No person will wait that long for such approvals, so essentially, J&K will remain a Muslim state where no Hindus can really settle down - the same effect as Article 35A
