Didnt the fire kaand happen after KC and we were amidst the dancing/coming back for money misunderstanding for Diwali. But yes at least it happened.

Well when Imlie went to the Chaudhry mansion it was already 2-3. So by the time Imlie opens shop it would be another 2-3 days therefore minimum 4-5 days have passed.
