Could be, and Dadi goes nutty saying "Mera Gattu aye ga" and then Imlie sees Surya, does a contract with him and brings him in to Chaudhry mansion so Dadi can walk again and get better, like the movie Daag - The Fire.

I’m here thinking it’s more like the movie Deewane (Ajay Urmila one).

Both have a track based on doppelganger, Daag was a woman and Deewane was a man. Depending on the reasoning either would apply

Daag main the original dies n doppelgänger survives but in Deewane both live and swap places as per needs.

I had to look up the synopsis to both movies. This really is frustrating because it could go either way at this point.
I usually tend to avoid the AT an hour before the episodes release on my end because of spoilers lol

I feel like I’m threading on risky territories. The episode is dropping in the next 15-25 minutes max over here 😬

Let’s see if they manage to kill my hope…
