Just google "watch srimad Ramayan online" you'll get some unofficial sites from which you can watch the episode

One thing I’m not understanding is why isn’t Sony uploading the episodes on YouTube? Every other show of theirs is on YouTube even that Mehndi Waala Ghar show which stated after Shrimad Ramayan but they haven’t uploaded the episodes they’re only uploading scenes . I feel like they need to start uploading the full episodes now atleast! The shows been on air for a more than a month now.

Since Ramayan has high budget, that's why they don't want to take risk maybe.

They are trying different approach for this. In a way it's good i think. It will make more people watch on TV during telecast only
