I think they are really following the speed of a tortoise . That is why their story started symbolically with a tortoise.

Baki AA scene rather Armaan was good in that scene... if they're using Madhav's words to foreshadow then again its proved right..Armaan is actually becoming a good husband to her.. realizing and fulfilling his responsibilities towards her. Thinking about her financial security is a huge thing in practical world that he did. Abhira just speaks, most of the times without realizing consequences or ever think about after effects, which he does. She definitely has upper hand in their relationship but he's matured (Ignore his kands) one ultimately balances their equation

Well this may just be wishful thinking on my part, but this was one of the rare times Armaan has mentioned the deal. I think its maybe because in the yuvraj track he'll reflect on saying this after Abhira gets hurt(hopefully, 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻) and maybe he realises that he feels something for her.

And remembering this statement and the feelings it causes confuses him further, because he's our dumbo 🤷🏻‍♀️
