I felt that he said it because he saw her and he thought she'll ask and be upset about it. He didn't think about that in his mind or thought to himself that Abhira must be waiting for him and he got stuck with Ruhi. Anyways may be you people might find I'm being pessimistic but that's how he makes me feel. His concern is same for biwi and bhabhi

This is what I don't understand, he tells ruhi abhira is just his responsibility, but then acts all loving & caring & supportive in front of family. Ruhi ko lagta hain abhira armaan ki responsibility hain n family ko lagta hain he is a loving & supportive husband of abhira.

Aur viewers ko dono scenarios dekh rahe hain, samaj nahi paa rahe armaan karna kya chahta hain 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

somehow i agree that he is not able to show much difference in actions.....but there is a subtle difference.....

dheere dheere , i think makers r showing it...ab in a forced marriage, u cannot expect him to fall in love with abjira when the love of his life (for him) is in front of him guilt tripping him..and the family is pushing him to her....

for me, the dance, and the raat ko bangle scenes were real useless....may b added for drama.....

but overall, i m not doubting his intentions....lets c...
