They did the same during previous generation. Akshara had complications in her pregnancy but she conceived Abhir and Abhira afer 7 years

Oh god they're doing this since Gen1 I remember in case of Akshara in 1st pregnancy she suffered miscarriage.. then 2nd time son hua.. forgot his name.. Duggu.. 3rd time complications the so abort kiya and 4th was girl Naira.. literally 4
