Let us not give additional meaning to his actions when in fact he has been nothing but uncomfortable all along. He is clueless which is annoying given that he is a grown adult in his 30s. But he is definitely not a 2-timer/committing ema/enjoys Ruhi's touches.
"He isn't objecting her so it means he enjoys that". A lot of victims of sexual harrassement aren't able to object if the harrasser is a family member. Armaan tries to not rile up Ruhi to cause major tensions in the family. Moreover, he sympathises with her as she goes for therapy.
I'm not saying he's enjoying it. But that's the idea he's giving to Ruhi with his silence. For example, he didn't know Ruhi was massaging his head. When he finds out, would he reprimand her or ask her to be in limited? No.. and that will just give Ruhi more hope.
@bold- None of these are excuses to let her behave like the way she does. If tomorrow, she wants to sleep in the same bed as him, would he allow her because of the same reasons? There are some boundaries that should be maintained. And Armaan is failing miserably at it, because he cannot open his mouth and speak up. On top of it all, he keeps reprimanding Abhira in front of Ruhi, giving her more ammunition to taunt Abhira. And she behaves as if she owns Armaan, thanks to his permanent silence. All these are just irritating to watch.
