Yeah, exactly. I don't know why they were trying to somehow convince Mrs Saathe, that only few people, family knows about Amruta’s engagement when Aaji herself said full society knows about it.

Yes, that entire confrontation scene was shot hurriedly without any planning, even the dialogues were forced and cringe. Suddenly Amruta comes with her usual cringe ‘Singh is king’ crap, and Virat responds with ‘Banker is the real king’ another cringe was him co-relating her job, work, and hence gold digging to humiliate him by letting out his divorcee status, matlab much bhi.. Kidhar ka angle kahan se pakad ke aa gaye. All roads lead to Rome for him. kahin ka.

Yes, there wasn't any co-relation between the scenes, Aaji and Amu were talking about shakkar chor Ishika, Amruta even had a flashback, and then suddenly nothing.

Some dialogues of Virat in that confrontation went with what Gautam was saying to Amruta ~ 'be good to them taaki unhe nahi lage ki hum sirf paiso ke liye unke saath hai'.... They did connect that well. Can also say they connected a few other things - their talk after the loss 'will you trust me?' (we learn that he doesn't) and also the post Lohri convo - since this can be the way ahead. Also went by 'he can think only about himself - cant work as a team'.

Those are good. But bad they got the mu part so very wrong. Ammu can be held guilty for agreeing with Aaji that Virat is a divorcee... but is that really being guilty? what else was she supposed to say?

It can be argued that she could've said to Virat before the commotion that 'Someone told Aaji about it'.. but is it that necessary? Aaji wouldn't have blurted it out if Babita didnt decide to start things.

But not the first time they got a key plot point wrong! Are they not aware of it? Or are they giving in to mediocrity 'itna kaafi hai'?

The store-room scene is where they got it wrong the most. His mu which i assume is going to be the key for a few eps now, is so very badly crafted.

I mentioned in the earlier post that this confrontation in storeroom is nonsense according to me and no body knowing about Virat Ahuja divorce who is among the top 10 business man of India is totally unbelievable. Also I first also mentioned if they want hate marriage for the leads it should be from Amruta side not Virat. As his family always insulted her and now another false accusations on the way. Better writer takes correct path rather than showing toxic male lead and female lead bechari .

Exactly. If they will carry on with this misunderstanding than as a audience we could not connect with Virat character. She even gone to apologise to him as he has to face humiliation because of her Aaji and this one still accusing her. During confrontation I got some Abhi vibe from him he said now I will not look into your fake innocent eyes which is a trap to get out secret from others . He too used to say you do black magic through your innocent eyes.

That scene was not properly planned at all and dialogues were all nonsense. What she will get by publically humiliating him rather she would have chosen to blackmail him on that secret to fix her job and other things . This scene was shown just to make us believe Virat now hates Amruta and he will do anything to hurt her.

Its senseless that 'nobody' in Mumbai knows, and they are going with it. Can be a good growth for Virat if he wants it to be. Will have to go beyond what he got from his mom (anger revenge etc), his dad (ignoring things) and face life and society (like Amruta did in the past)... Tough ... but can hope he will.

I was expecting after confrontation he comes out of that shell of hiding truth and ready to face the truth with the help of Amruta but here he is gone in completely different zone. Hope they brings him on the right track soon.

Very well said. Why to take initiative to clear the misunderstanding your Aaji already cleared it's that lady who was talking on phone so it's clear you did not told Aaji just confirmed still he has to blame you let him continue blaming you why you should be guilty.
