That's true. They never addressed the part where Angad molested Sahiba... and also why the hell was Sahiba okay with it.. But that's secondary. I think this track is a good opportunity for the makers to re-explore that incident and make Angad realize that he is nothing but a criminal... And he should fall on her feet.. Literally fall on her feet. Even that won't redeem Angad, but it would be a good thing to do for the audience ... as in to give the message that what he did was wrong. These sinners had glorified that angle.

They made Sahiba call it his dard while he was abusing her during Daarji jail track. At least in og they just let the topic be and never tried to whitewash it later.

I wanted redemption arc for Veer regarding his current behaviour.

And that to death and suffering.

Because Garry ka bhi hua hain redemption.

Tushar played that character for nearly 1 year and he gets redemption arc.

Garry used to slap seerat and used to have affair after marriage.

Jatin playing negative is looking unbearable onscreen.

I just want Veer's music career to finish and he should beg keerat for this molestation issue.

But keerat should move on with her life and Veer being the old one ( nice version ) should die because of drugs , or Keerat's rejection etc.

VEER deserves death PERIOD.
