They may not be handling this situation in a right way. But here she is not depressed,she is in delusion. I don’t know if this is medical condition too ..but some ppl can never change ,they r obsessed and want to win what they want at any cost , she don’t even have an ounce of pain or guilt about Rohit though she knows he left the house because of her. In fact she is happy that she could stay close to Armaan and now she started manipulating Abhira against Armaan. I won’t be surprised if she will try to harm herself or Abhira too in future if she thinks Armaan is loving Abhira and ignoring her.

The whole therapy thing is bogus. Why is she in therapy.. because she's depressed due to her husband's missing. Depressed my foot. That is even using her husband's missing to go close to her solmate. Dumb Poddars think she's sad for her husband. Reality is, she's just frustrated that her solmate is not reciprocating her advances for a torrid affair.
