Writers want to prove Babita is cynical, with her revenge mentality..

Also she is delusional that Amruta purposely tried ruining all of Nimrit's functions/parties as her own parents marriage broke, so Babita wants to do same to Chitnis family humiliating them & by ruining Amruta's happiness.

Have said this earlier too, Babita might be main trigger for Virat's separation with his ex-wife & his divorce proceedings, but entire blame might have gone on Priyanka's head unaware to Virat, by branding her as gold digger & evil. But Babita wouldn't have expected after divorce Virat will be so deeply impacted to ruin his peace for many years with bitterness, becoming averse to new relationship & marriage.

True. And perhaps learning Amruta is getting married gave her the assurance that nothing is going on b/w Virat and Amruta. But since she suspects and her friend Ishika also had the same pov, she should've been aware that this may backfire into Virat getting married to Amruta later on... or perhaps she is so very confident that she wont let that happen. Too risky a move from her.

It was good that Ammu went to the Ahujas only after Gautam's nagging. Apne aap jaati toh over ho jaata. This was acceptable.

Poor virat and poor dildaar uncle. How are these 2 good souls managing in this snobbish family liked the chota sa convo about Virat's past. Arijit is improving with every episode. Want to see more such scenes where he talks about his marriage, maybe with Shekhar or Dildaar. Will be nice to get some more information.

The amvira bit was cute. Whenever Ammu dresses up, Virat does a full checkout from head to toe love it when that happens. Like someone rightly said, he is always in awe😍

But not surprising given what he has done (or rather, not done) till now. Would assume a sales person (though he isn't, he behaves like one) will latch on to any opportunity to sell his service / product... which he hasn't yet done. Desperate but indecisive.

May be he wants to move away but by then Babita will give him a new plan. If nothing else, buying a new flat does require contact with the secretary of the society - may be their point of contact.

If the engagement does go ahead, think it would be safe to assume Virat-Amruta wedding is coming up... unless writers do a Nimrit like thing, which in this case will be a shock and not a surprise.

Babita is just afraid, and the fact she doesn't like Amu (for stupid reasons), keeps insulting her. Dusre wale bhi dance karte hai but she only sees Amu dancing with Virat. Agar koi bolta ke Virat kisi ke hone wale dulhaan ke saat dance ya flirt karta hai, would she like it??? Of course, she is dumb. Phir character peh ungli, kaise aurat hai yeh?

Upar se Aaji, sunli kisi ke baat and repeat karne wali hai, what is this? Only to defend Amu...kuch or bolta. And as Ishika said aaj khal divorce ek big deal nahin but phir bhi it is here...But what is interesting here is that they made Virat the divorced one, not Amu, kyun ki agar ladki hota toh pata nahin how they would've turned the story. I'm wondering why such a big issue about it...kya woh log samajh ke soch badalna chahte hai???? That ladka ho ya ladki kabhi kabhi hota hai and joh hum sochte hai woh kabhi sach nahin hote (like most divorce women face the fact that it's their fault joh ke wrong hai)...What are they trying to do???

Lohri karab te unke wajah se and MS bhi gaye...Babita cannot see how Virat is happy around Amu, she is too selfish to understand. Both families espe Babita and Aaji ke wajah se Amvira ke story impossible lagta hai agar koi kuch kar sakta hai woh Dildar Uncle (this is the evolution of his character, my pov)

Chalo, one good thing in the episode, Aaji atleast observed and commented that Gautam and Jayesh are least interested in their fiance and wife respectively. Rest was dragged, especially that lemon spoon race. Only hope that they pick up the pace a little bit and don't rush like the first week. Also to improve the dropping trp they shouldn't bring in Amvira marriage.

Yeah, currently Babita's character arch itself doesn't make sense. Her choice regarding forcing/instigating Nimrit to marry Rajiv despite proof of his cheating is questionable, her saying Rajiv betrayed Nimrit's trust and then deciding to give Nimrit money is contradictory, trusting Rajiv despite all he has done, and not trusting Amruta despite whatever she has done is heights of short sightedness, and now wanting to make it difficult for Amruta's alliance to go ahead makes her unbearable.

Think Bhavani will continue to be so with Jayesh in the future too - at least when Aaji isn't around. Remembered the court dialogues when he said i tried a lot to change her but she didnt. Apart from 'wanting to change her', can guess whenever she may have tried he would've compared her with someone else and made her look and feel worse even back then, leading her to not even try later on... like he compared with Ishika today.

Perhaps Amruta can help him deal with the set backs about the divorce news too - in a much better way than he did before. He is still struggling in a way and had to run from Delhi. She had to deal with society, staying where she is, and moved on from her past and 'tag'... though not the same one. Sure that will be helpful for him... but not Babita ().

Yeah.. Rajiv issue will perhaps bring them back together. Another possibility (if they want to go to her wedding day and not end Gautam on engagement day) is the one we talked about before. He may end up being with Ahujas.

Yeah, he was surprised by the sudden change in her. Would have thought she would keep quiet, but looks like Bhavani will keep giving back to him in private, (like today) but will stay quiet in front of Aaji (when she apologized for Lohri fight). This was another good 👍 sequence in the 1st Feb epi. Forgot to mention in my previous post.

Regarding Amruta helping Virat, she will, but she should be free from Gautam first, and looks like the alliance will be broken after engagement. Repeat of history. Poor Amu
