Yes. Never complimented. Gautam was more concerned about Virat. Also all his dialogues had to do something with Virat. At least Amruta had a couple of dialogues about games in between. [He is Virat obsessed.]

A good insight into Virat-Babita. He wants peace in the house hence lets her do the things she wants to. Makes sense. But will be good if he does speak up more often.

Babita thinking they have done enough by giving society funds for MS function. The Lohri wasn't theirs to 'own'... Money isnt 'theirs'. It is society money and society function.

He did say something like you have to show some concern towards Ahujas so that they dont think you care only about the money... That kind of surprised her too.

Good that they showed Amruta going to call Virat only after Gautam convinced her (didn't stop trying to convince, even after her saying she can't force Ahujas to attend) Although it was a filler, I liked the episode only because Babita wasn't there.

Was a filler and decent, but dont know whether it will help them. The 'big' show on the time slot ended and dont know if such eps will help this one.

They seem to be back to functions based eps - after this is her engagement and then probably her birthday. That break between Nimrit's wedding and Lohri was welcome.

We need to assume based on Tara's message sent to Rajeev's mobile, that she withdrew Rs.5 crores as cash from some Indie bank branch & then went on to deposit same cash into her own bank account, (all within same Sankranti morning, without any id proof ) its not like she deposited Virat's Indie bank forged cheque for transfer of funds directly into her own bank a/c, to be caught easily with money trail? But carrying 5 crores cash in bags by a lone lady is also heavily risky in Mumbai.

If its in real life, not only Virat even Tara has to submit her source of income to income tax dept in India as it exceeds Rs.20 Lakhs cash limit, as her own bank in which she re-deposited same cash will intimate to IT. (new 2023 law says TDS is 2% on cash payments/withdrawals of more than Rs 20 lakh and up to Rs 1 crore, and 5% on withdrawals exceeding Rs 1 crore.)

Anyhow mockery of a bank manager job, banking system goes on & on in this serial by makers/writers.

Cash withdrawal for self means they got the money in cash. So it will not be linked to either rajeev's or Tara's accounts. Unless Virat has the brains to check the cctv footage of the bank, they will not be blamed.

But you are right about the bank demanding some sort of ID proof. Like Adiandsid mentioned before, if 2.5 cr transfer needed biometrics, then 5 cr is double the amount. It should not be so easy.

About the episode...filler tha, but feel good tha. Small break from high voltage drama.

It was good that Ammu went to the Ahujas only after Gautam's nagging. Apne aap jaati toh over ho jaata. This was acceptable.

Poor virat and poor dildaar uncle. How are these 2 good souls managing in this snobbish family liked the chota sa convo about Virat's past. Arijit is improving with every episode. Want to see more such scenes where he talks about his marriage, maybe with Shekhar or Dildaar. Will be nice to get some more information.

The amvira bit was cute. Whenever Ammu dresses up, Virat does a full checkout from head to toe love it when that happens. Like someone rightly said, he is always in awe😍

This is suspicious now.. based on bts pics, even for his engagement with Amruta that's supposedly happening in society premises, Gautam's father & siblings aren't present only his mom all the while with him..

Found it strange, in arranged marriage alliance none from Chitnis family side has been shown visiting Gautam's house to check their lifestyle & meet other family members. Only maa-beta are regularly coming over to meet Chitnis in their society for next talks. (if budget & set issues, could have given some other excuse to viewers)

Was it ever mentioned that Gautam has siblings? The missing father bothers me a lot too. Especially since multiple meetings have gone by till now.

And since Mrs. Saathe initially rejected the rishta after coming to know about jayesh and ishika truth. That means she herself has a successful marriage and wants a similar background bahu. Toh bhai unka pati kaha hai??

Gautam's mom never mentioned Gautam is her ONLY child. If so, her demands from alliance would have been much higher.
