The thing is Jatin as a protagonist doesn't have as much appeal as Tushar. Veerat could only be side-kicks. Because both Prachi and Jatin don't have lead potential. Whereas Tushar does and giving him more screen space makes sense.

The reason he has been white-washed is because he couldn't have existed as a permanent villain. They can't have another Seerat. He would be useless to the show then.

I get your point but changing characters overnight and changing personality doesn't help either.
