That's bad acting, dialogue delivery, whatever. Armaan's character (what we have seen of him) will never reciprocate or enjoy the hug unless he is hugging Abhira.

Sirat's whole lineage is disgusting. Her mother was a gold-digger, Sirat was lusting over a widower while married to another man and Ruhi wants to have a full-fledged affair with her husband's brother. Only Aarohi was better. She had her own issues, but she was never immoral or cheap like her mother and daughter. She loved her husband truly, lived as his and died as his. Even in her last breathe, she only thought of him. If bad acting had face, it would look like this I feel sad for those who had to direct this nonsense. What would they have envisioned and how it turned out.

Everything aside, why did this show become this regressive?

I don't know if it's right or wrong to put it here, but we usually believe brother in law as father if he's elder to us. Why this crap thing now?

I was giving a benefit of Doubt to Armaan till last week. I thought he would change. Here IMO, it's not about he's still loving Ruhi or not. His only intention is to get Ruhi back to poddar house so that he can win Dadisa and Vidya's heart.

In doing that, he's giving all promises and hints to Ruhi which in turn will eat him up once the truth is out. I don't know what words should I use to describe Armaan.
