2. She realised that she has feeling for armaan

Both the scenarios are not there. See Abhira knew that there is someone in armaan life so she wouldn't be shocked to see him with someone else. But yaa she will be hurt but couldn't understand why. If by any chance anyone of above things happened so she tries to maintain distance. I don't know what will be her reaction for now but the growing friendship will affect this.

Bhai mazaa toh tab aayega jab abhira ko pata chalega aur rohit wapas aayega. Jo ruhi ki khushi par pani firega. By God i am waiting for that.
