I have been a silent reader for a very long time, used to come for reading FF of my favourite shows.. Then I got interested in another show, & just when I stared getting involved, the Jeth Bhabhi negativity became too much.. but here, the Imlie Gen 3 is giving me a reason to participate.. Its positive.. I hope it stays the same.. And yes, i agree with @joliefemme, irrespective of the quantity of comments, the quality and healthy discussions matter.. I appreciate with how much nuance, all of us are watching and debating on the show..

I have liked Sai since MHRW days, but I will say this...the show did him injustice, also it ended abruptly.. and don't get me started on the last one.. such bad writing, storytelling and casting except Sai.. Like others, I am glad, he did get casted in Imlie and getting to utilise his potential.. Someone in some other post, compared his & Imlie's story to Darcy & Elizabeth.. and I agree 💯

P.S. - On another note, gals do watch Fighter movie.. Hrithik is simply scrumptious ❤️🤗

Gags, you are immensely talented and your daily samachar are hilarious. No pressure, write them when you can so we all can have a good laugh.

I wrote that post about P&P. It is one of my favorite novels. I think the story was a classic one and Agastya Imlie do remind me of Darcy Lizzie.

I also feel the whole premise of a rich businessman with a traumatic past doing a contract marriage with a poor bar girl is a classic M&B storyline too. I also read a lot of MBs or rather used to read when I was younger lol.

WOW A power packed episode. The whole 40 mins was a total hook - Not a dull moment. I will be splitting the episode review in 2 posts.

- Agastya keeps the locket in his safe in his room. Dolly sees this and informs it to the masked killer. Why is Dolly helping this killer ?

- The whole family keeps a mela for the villagers on the happy occasion of Agastya - Imlie ka shaadi and in this mela they have the Savitri - Satyavan ka story enactment. They have called a well known fortune teller too(Aruna Irani).

- Vishwa comes there and sprouts the same nonsense - chaudhary's this and that and Imlie nicely tells him to be quiet. The fortune teller sees Imlie and asks for water and after wards she wants to bless her but she just can not complete Sada Suhagan raho blessing.

- The natak was done really good - I mean it was short and good and with 4 actors they really did a good skit. In the end the fortune teller tells Imlie that she can not save her satyavan's (meaning Agastya) ka life.

- Imlie gets disturbed and wants to go home to just freshen up. The stalker has gotten a husband and wife to steal the locket from Agastya's safe. Imlie gets caught by the masked killer and all 3 try to take Imlie hostage.

- Agastya comes home in search of Imlie and sees Imlie's broken phone and there is a fight between Agastya - Imlie and the masked man and his goons.
- Somehow Agastya saves Imlie and they both escape to a room and ask the masked killer and his accomplices what they want and they say they want the locket.

Precap :- Looks like Agastya is hurt and Imlie goes out to get help for him and the masked killer shots and Imlie is shown falling down the stairs.

I feel it is Imlie who is going to be in trouble - The whole Agastya ki jaan ko khatra is going to be red herring and Imlie will push herself to save babu thereby she will be the one who will be caught in the line of fire.

Coming to the performances it was simply superb. All the cast did really well. Some of the scenes I really loved are

- Agastya really has matured so much and you can see the gentle person he always was. When Sonali said that she is going to go deep and find out the locket ka raaz, Agastya just hugs his sister. He was a loner and with Imlie coming in his life he has started to have the family he always wanted. It was nice to see that sibling moment. Sonali teasing Agastya saying - don't cry or else people will confuse you to be the dulhan and Agastya acknowledging that Imlie has repaired this relationship between them for good. Sonali is going to be biggest cheerleader for Agastya and Imlie.

- Vishwa is still a sore loser. He was instigating Imlie that Chaudhary family has thrown out her kakimaa blah blah. And I totally hated the over focus on Navya and Vishwa during the Savitri - Satyavan ka skit.

- Sonali has gotten a meatier part today. She was the one who was the sutradhaar(anchor kind) for the play and Asma's voice really commands the audience attention.

- Sonali - Vishwa scene was another good scene where Sonali showed Vishwa his place. Sonali tells Vishwa that the masked killer who is behind Imlie was the one who was responsible for the blast happening in Singh sweets. And tells Vishwa that at least we are trying to go till the bottom of this but you are still stuck on stupid theories. I am glad that Vishwa got a reality check. As a police officer he could have investigated the facts surrounding his father's death and their factory going down but nope he chose to hear what his mother has to say and believe it to be the gospel truth. Now he is getting doubts. Whatever.

- Navya is waste of screen space. When Dadi says thanks for coming Navya very haughtily says - I have not forgotten what your son has done to my husband and neither have I forgotten what Agastya - Imlie did to Vishwa. Oh hello lady, isn't your son wrong in blackmailing Imlie and aren't you wrong in hoping to put Agastya in Jail for a crime he did not commit ? This lady is a stupid person. I really want the culprit to be someone from the Singh family only and then let this lady apologize to everyone in Chaudhary family.

- Imlie and Agastya are tuned into each other. The moment Agastya sees Imlie ka broken phone, he knows that she is in danger and he comes up. He sees some people holding Imlie at gun point and he immediately fights them and gets Imlie to safety. Imlie the moment she sees that she is safe with Agastya she tells him that they are asking her to open the locker. As long as these 2 keep the communications clear, their relationship will be strong.

Sunaina, I remembered you when I saw Imlie carrying a matka on her waist and Agasthya cutting wood Bas setup thoda alag tha.

Why is Dolly helping the stalker ? I did not understand that part. And the old couple - are they by any chance Dolly ke parents or In-laws ? Now I guess Agastya will realize that Meena was telling the truth and the locket does have something important.

Also Sai looks absolutely dashing in the blue fitted shirt. Thank god - the team did give a good hair cut to Sai and is hopefully no longer wanting Sai to have long hair.

Nice episode. The set designing team has put in a lot of efforts. Every single inch of the aangan and house were used for the episode.

The story was written in a way that any new viewers could also connect. And there was enough suspense to continue watching.

Agasthya looked such a cutie sleeping here and there during the skit 🥰 Imlie was glowing with the sindoor. Happy to see Sonali take the stage.

Infact all the cast members were utilised well.

Wish Arunaji had stayed for longer but it must be difficult for her to shoot at this age.

This Vishwa is such a nut case. Good that he got bajaoed by both Imlie and Sonali. He being in the police could have investigated by himself. But he had to rely on what his mother tells him. What a kakank on the police force

Navya is his mother in the true sense. She kept blaming Kunal for her husband’s death. Now she blames Agasthya and Imlie for her son’s plight.

Inse acha Chutki could have invited Mami, Bulbul and Imlie’s friends or even better the Chintamanis.

Agastya Sonali scene was so good (kitni baar same cheez boli lol). I'm glad Imlie was able to bridge the gap between the siblings. I'm happy Sonali didn't show the video to Vishwa. Let him use his police skills to get to the truth of his father's death. Why should anyone spoon feed him anything.

I really don't feel like talking about Navya and Vishwa. They think the world has wronged them, always playing the victim card. Agastya ki family really doesn't need to sympathize with them. They will never want to get to the bottom of the truth, neither want to move on considering the murderer is dead already. Sirf Agastya ke peeche pade huye hai losers.

Vishwa loser, after everything you did, do u expect Imlie to listen to you and leave Agastya. Maa se hi seekha hai isne delusion. One reason I want the truth out is that this revenge family se peecha chootega. They single handedly brought down the episode for me.

The skit was so interesting and definitely a trp puller. Plus the whole ambience of the mela and the skit was really good. I enjoyed the suspense throughout. It was nail biting for sure. It was nice that Agastya came looking for Imlie even when he didn't need to. The whole locket was the reason this man was behind Meera, Imlie, killed off Dhanraj and Kairi too. I feel he's linked to Tej. Wasn't Tej killed first? May be Kunal knew the stalker too so he had doubts when Tej got murdered and the factory was burned down. There is some sense to the story but can we really get to the truth now. Kitna aur drag karenge?

The whole cast was well utilized today - Dolly Jugnu, Manno, Sonali, chacha, revenge family, Chutki Avi, fortune teller, stalker and the new thief couple. I hope the team is able to give good balance episodes like this.

One thing to note, Sai looked very good today in the blue shirt and also they focused on his lashes too. Such long lashes are a waste on a man 🫠 (may be it's a south Indian thing).

Seriously delusional both of them. Why are Agastya and Imlie at fault for her son's heartbreak ? Didn't Vishwa know Imlie loves Agastya and was willing to die for him in that Amrit stalker attack. Ab he fell in love with her, blackmailed her, harassed her to hurt Agastya, tried to destroy the family, and expected her to be complaint and not marry Agastya? Ek dhoke ke baad bhi he's behind Imlie. Focus on ur revenge warna your mother will again stop eating food lol.

Seriously anyone in the cast is better than this revenge family. When they come on screen I get annoyed. I was kind of intrigued by the new thief couple too. They are also more interesting than the revenge family.

Sai sleeping on the stage and then on the fake cattle was so hilarious. I was like acha hai less dialogues aur sone bhi mila hahah. He also kicked that man straight on his backside didn't he? That scene was well shot. Kafi presence of mind shown by Agastya.
