Literally, i remember how I used to get annoyed seeing those female leads in old ITV shows where all they were about family family at the cost of everything - mahaan types- nhi meri family hi sab kuch hai - behaved like a doormat to them at the cost of all the torture. Armaan ditto reminds me of them at this point..

Armaan is too desperate to get her back home, uske liye koi bhi promise karega, whatever she demands. Today's episode, the only positive thing I could observe was that because of a friend Abhira - Armaan didn't even think of his family. If you notice his words - "Mai itna kaise bol gya- he didn't think of family but Abhira when he took the stand for Abhira." He didn't even realise how Abhira became his priority that he ended up rebuking Goenkas without thinking about the repercussions because at the end, they are his brother's in laws and their family relationship can get ruined because of him taking stand for Abhira.
