Dealing with a family member accused in molesting another family member requires a lot of discussion and tact. Plus he was not sure if Ayra misunderstood it....and that's very real. If she went and told Kash also she'd think she overreacted. Only MJ would have taken her accusation seriously.

Asif's kids also have a problem. I feel that they didn't get a lot of attention and care as kids. So, they cling to the first person who shows them even a little bit of love and both Zaid and Kashmala are loyal to a fault. They will not let go of their partners even if it is detrimental for them.
