See Ghum 1 is a very different story .., if it is adapted from kusum dola then it can be viewed from any angles .. they spoiled it in the last 200 episodes.. ideally it should ended in 700 episodes.. but it’s a story of 2 alphas .. there never was a third angle in the story ..

third angle could only create trouble because both could not let go of their egos .. they both had life threatening events many times in the series every time they fought .. then one was facing death .. the other cried whined … tears make up and again back to square one ..

it especially deteriorated badly after the surrogacy.. there really was no redemption.. virat was punished badly and kept away from Sai n savi for 8/9 years … and he was suffering daily .. it’s not like he had moved on and was enjoying life .. he had never moved on…neither did she .. but in the greed of Trp they stretched the story even more ( tried showing virat n pakhi ke kuch waqt bitane )

they should have shown savi’s happy family and killed both off in plane crash ..

But even this end was not bad because since they never let go of their ego .. even for the sake of their kids … when they finally wanted to reunite and give the kids a happy family .. they died thankfully together in a terror mission .. because you don’t get so many chances to rebuild your life .. life is not a fairy tale

For me their story ended when they realize they should be together, put their wishes/life above all & forget everyone else. Basically ghum ended when Savi hugged her aai baba together & Sai saw her remarriage to Virat. What happened after that is another show. It was remake of Marathi show I followed for a bit but now that ML is useless & completely different than the show Swabhiman I have given up on it. Came here but not watching episodes.

VC was not as bad as he was made out to be here & now IB has wiped away the title of worse ML from him. Neil was excellent as an actor and he & Ayesha Singh made Sairat iconic. Their chemistry makes me watch old episode again.

True it makes no sense that the family of police officer and a doctor dying in the line of duty in a terrorist plane crash should not be compensated..

The whole education n living expenses of the dependents are taken care of by the central govt .. and all the medical bills .. so it is senseless and pulkit where did he vanish .. how is Harini such a useless person .. it is another story now all are dead .. Only savi n Harini are surviving for what I don’t know 🤷‍♂️

To see how good & different fetus Sairat were you have to check out Rishta. Can see how good NB as VC was. Even current track in ghum of forced marriage & season 1, season 1 is more convincing & both actors NB & AS have done great job.

In season 1 Sai Virat had about 8-10 years of age difference, Sai met him as her dad’s senior officer & she was a teenager. This difference in their status age was portrayed very well by both of them.Their equation changed as they fell in love, were real family & then later parents of two kids & that too was portrayed well. In season 2 IB is Savi’s teacher, her professor . Their age difference too should be similar as IB is director of bhosale institute. but it doesn’t show in the way they behave with eo. They behave like two college students or equals.

Another difference was the way VC was with everyone else & Sai when it was just two of them. He became completely different person with her. That was the reason he fell for her, got over pakhi. Here you don’t see such thing between IB & Savi. That’s actually between him & Reeva. Him & Reeva are actual pair.

It should be compensated ... May be they got compensation but the " bank fraud "committed by Pakhi could have eaten up the money they got 🤔

They had a house ...Pakhi really did a big fraud " financial crimes ' 🙄 have very severe consequences.... After selling off business if Ninad couldn't compensate, he could have given every thing they got including the compensation money and Chavan Nivas ... with what left could have gone to a small town and settled down in a smaller house !

Since none of them were shown working they could have been surviving on Ninad's and Virat's pension !

Sai just started working in a hospital nothing much could have been there 😕

Pathralekha was a criminal, she remained one until the end , manipulated every thing and every one around her ! Even Vinu was not spared ... while leaving she wrote a letter filled with poison against " Virat " so that Vinu will end up hating his father !

Indeed, one of the best reviews of Gen 1. Yeah I am not too kicked about teacher-student romance. So I am on and off- from this show. These days, I am anticipating full tamasha and hence watching it

Exactly Sai Virat were gold .. it was obvious from the first glance that he is going to fall hard for her and that was the same case with Rono n Emon .. even pakhi n RK knew immediately during the wedding that the virat / Rono will fall for the wife ..

There was a spark in the script … even in the dudhwala drama in garcholi ….when bds were used the script was written such that we knew they are appreciating each other kind of flirting but are not aware …

It’s not there in the multiple variations
In every variation it looks like the female lead is the third party … and the male lead n PL are a pair …

when Sai n virat used to fight n talk .. sparks n barbs were at each other ..its like only you exist in this room rest are invisible .. pakhi was very much there to egg virat but virat’s hurt , anger n ego was only directed .. basically senses were attuned to Sai … and Sai ‘s pointed barbs were only towards virat …( only you exist , I will hurt you , kill you make mince meat out of you 😂.. only you matter )

Ghum makers are very good in choosing the actors , even Sakthi and Bhavika are also really good too

Many viewers might have started watching it for Neil. He was more popular amongst the three of them. Ayesha became popular later. The reason behind Neil's popularity was because of his acting..

It was also the brilliant script of Leena Gangopadhyay .. they followed it faithfully for 500 episodes without much variation
The hero has to fall for the heroine at first glance .. whether she angers him ,, infuriates him .. basically virat left the mandap of pakhi n samrat to save Sai heroically

And when she runs from the mandap she has a smile he has come but runs towards her father he is kinda disappointed.. you see his expressions he was expecting Sai to run towards him 😂..
