It was very tough for Virat... He was really good in the intial episodes... He fought with his entire family of elders ...

He stood by Sai , make her dreams some through , Kakku even threw away " Sai's entire file containing her certificates "

As story progressed his character degraded but that happens in most of the ITV serials , as long as I watched ... I watched few only

Whatever are the circumstances "ISHAN IS WRONG"..According to me

1..He wronged Reeva

2 He wronged Savi.

3.Now nor admitting what he did he is really gulity because he is a grown up adult ...not a teenager

The mindset of the viewers is pro FL. Without watching the episodes they criticise Virat. In the initial 100 episodes he was amazing. The makers purposely degraded him to gain sympathy for Sai. Sai was no saint either but the viewers still chose to sympathise her and criticise Virat. The truth is if Virat had not stood by Sai she wouldn't have become a doctor. Her dreams would have been left unfulfilled.

Kaku left no stone unturned to stop her going to college. If you remember she purposely made her grind the masala on a silbatta so that she would get late and was asked to prepare breakfast as well as dinner.

The problem with the viewers is they drag the actor when they don't like the character. Neil is not appreciated for his acting because they don't like Virat.

If Viraat was not there for Sai she would not have been a doctor !

He was the one initially made it sure that Sai got the seat ..that is true

Sai knew it ... there was no hope that she tried to end her life.. even her suicide attempt Virat saved her from death !

Sadly they made Virat very toxic later part during surrogacy and post leap 😕

Still the " beauty of initial episodes " were phenomenal...

The " masala grinding and many other incidents ...Virat fought for Sai ...It is TRP factor makes ML very toxic ...

Neil is a wonderful actor , the " Vamp" Pakhi was his real life partner still on screen he played Virat very well 👏

Chemistry of " Sairat" was another level ,... Well to me that looked 👌 beautiful

Both amazing actors Neil and Aysha did a marvellous job

Ghum makers are very good in choosing the actors , even Sakthi and Bhavika are also really good too

See Ghum 1 is a very different story .., if it is adapted from kusum dola then it can be viewed from many angles .. they spoiled it in the last 200 episodes.. ideally it should ended in 700 episodes.. but it’s a story of 2 alphas .. there never was a third angle in the story ..

third angle could only create trouble because both could not let go of their egos .. they both had life threatening events many times in the series every time they fought .. then one was facing death .. the other cried whined … tears make up and again back to square one ..

it especially deteriorated badly after the surrogacy.. there really was no redemption.. virat was punished badly and kept away from Sai n savi for 8/9 years … and he was suffering daily .. it’s not like he had moved on and was enjoying life .. he had never moved on…neither did she .. but in the greed of Trp they stretched the story even more ( tried showing virat n pakhi ke kuch waqt bitane )

they should have shown savi’s happy family and killed both off in plane crash ..

Finally this end was not bad because since they never let go of their ego .. even for the sake of their kids … when they finally wanted to reunite and give the kids a happy family .. they died together in a terror mission .. because you don’t get so many chances to rebuild your life .. life is not a fairy tale

virat was not a bad guy at all he was one of the most layered male lead in itv .. and his antics did fetch Trp for the show ..half of the time you felt bad for him half of the time you wanted to scream at him .. but if anything he was driven by duty .. and was not afraid of risking his life for the nation .. this was one factor which made Sai n virat unique .. and that’s why they never found other folks attractive or normal in their eyes ….

it was good punishment to ashwini n kaku for supporting the devil incarnate..

they had to lead a life of penury .. and frankly i am

Not sad that spawn of pakhi Vinayak was wiped off without doing anything remarkable in life ..

I am not comfortable with teacher student romance so not watching season 2 ..

It is sad , I feel also bad but Vinayak's birth was the real tragedy 😢 of Sai's life !

Her life went in to a whirlpool after that !
