Yup. bowl / tumbler. Gul is jaggery. Toop is Ghee. Think batti of diya is called vaat/vaati ('t' as in 't' of tum in kmtmg) not sure though.

Amruta is a charming, loving, kindhearted, independent woman, she will be an immediate choice for any groom and saas. But here, Gautam says he can find 10 Amrutas but can find only one influential Virat. Gautam's soft looks hides such a selfish/ungrateful character. What a danger he is to any prospective bride. With what hope and assurance can she marry him. This is the danger of arranged marriages. A few encounters before marriage between the bride and groom is not enough to judge each other. Amruta here believes Gautam after he gives reassurance. If she marries him, she is never going to be happy with him and his mother.

Yes, today Gautam showed his true face, not surprised though. He doesn't know what he is losing (something Virat might understand soon about his Ms. Banker), but that was expected as I mentioned before he is the type of man who can't see their partner in the front line.

She won't be happy, but she will make their lives hell. Amu is too strong to be with someone like Gautam (even Virat for now). Tabhi yeh shaadi kabhi nahin hoga (with the truth coming out also). She is wise to be fooled but with what's going on in her household, she isn't focusing yet on Gautam. Pata nahin sach kahan ayega but she should not be unaware of Gautam's goals, pakra jayega (maybe if we get his reunion with Sheky and Virat).

Haan, Virat abhi kuch nahin kar sakta hai, he is a Mama's boy, and those type of man, well, (sorry) they are not good at all because ek mistake and they are my Mom yeh my Mom woh and forget about their partners. Like she said when she was kidnapped 'both the men in my life are dumb'. Yes, she's too strong - in a good way. If she does have a longer convo with Gautam she will figure him out. Perhaps something that could happen in this QA session with Aaji too - but in both the cases Virat bumps in. Along with issues in family there is also the added pressure from Bhavani who wants to see her married.

Hope they dont drag Gautam long.

As of now, Ammu fits the tag(?) 'Its better to stay single if one doesn't find a suitable groom'. Gautam surely isn't and from what we have seen so far, Virat isn't suitable either.

btw would 50 Cr (think that was the amount mentioned) be a big amount for IndiBank - now that we learn it is an international one - for them to suspend services of one of their top employees? May be may be not. Would guess its pretty lame to show the manager / the top guy meeting 'Babita Ahuja' and that probably Ammu could've just been warned. It would surely be a big amount for the bank Gautam works in. Would've sounded more believable if the amount was 500 cr. In terms of being righ - esp with the snobbishness Babita displays - 50 Cr sounds not rich enough.

Yeah, I was totally dissapointed by Bebe’s wrongful allegations, and Virat’s assumptions. After his interactions with Amruta, for him to think she is meaning to sabotage Lohri preparations made me dislike him. Their scenes together also sometimes irritates me, especially that ‘Singh is King’ salute I hope they stop with this salute quickly. It isn’t funny anymore and does nothing except feed Virat’s monstrous ego.

Yeah, I was irritated with Amruta blushing when Harsh asked her why Virat was included as someone special to them I hope they stop showing this in the future. Apart from helping search for her mother, he has done nothing for her compared to what she has done for him, tolerating insults to help the good for nothing sister who still got married to a two-timer.

Alliance can break with any excuse once he gets in contact with Virat. Can happen even if Virat doesnt accept his services. Perhaps the reason they havent shown him contact Virat yet.

Interesting contrast though.. he is desperately looking forward to what she has on her plate and doesnt prefer. And while he behaves like a salesman she doesnt.

I hope they show something logical, that Virat absolutely refused to engage with Gautam, refusing his services. Then Amruta also discloses that she is on notice period and bam! Gautam breaks alliance. Or Aaji cleverly makes Gautam disclose indirectly that he is interested more in making Virat as his client, than committing himself to Amruta, and says no to the alliance.

Really hope they do some major character work on Virat. The prospect of him getting married to her sounds really bad. Only way foreseeable is he will marry her when her alliance with Gautam breaks - kind of a forced one on her. He may still have the impression that he has done some great thing - an 'ehsaan' -by marrying her / taking care of her reputation in doing so - while she'd have been much better off single.

btw, the precap scene that started off the last ep - Nimrit forcing Rajiv to stay with them... isnt it the same thing that Ishika alleges Bhavani of doing and Babita is shown supporting it? Tara coming back is welcome - someone please spread out a red carpet for her - some rice and kumkum at the doorstep would be welcome too.

New names for Gautam - gajraj, gagan, and there was one more.

Aaji about Virat's dress was good too.

Alliance going ahead - engagement muhurat to be fixed. Was visible Ammu is happy only for her mom.

Yup it is only the low-class people who interfere in other peoples lives - we Ahuja's are only concerned for our friend Ishika.

Glad Virat had at least some guts in him to ask something to his mom. Not enough but at least this much is appreciated from the pea-brain. Revenge for what Ammu did in Nimrit's wedding? Which world is Babita living in?

Will appreciate Virat if and only if he runs to Ammu's house and handles the situation. If the character doesn't do at least this - him... get a new ML.
